Beginning in February, Prevent A Litter will offer a new Program to benefit community cats by encouraging existing and potential feeders to adopt a new colony. Named “The Margaret Doran Community Cat Food Pantry”, this fund establishes a food bank in memory of Margaret Doran, who dedicated her life to saving the lives of homeless cats. Due to the insanely high number of calls we receive daily, feeders who request help obtaining food should email the hospital (pal@preventalitter.org), ahead of time to make arrangements to pick up their food on a Monday or Thursday. We also encourage donations of food for this purpose.
In the midst of a global pandemic, our animal companions are counting on us to keep them safe and ALIVE. Your gift will allow us to continue our life saving work during this crisis.
